Coastal Communities Physician Network invites community members to the 2nd Annual CCPN Senior Health Expo to be held at CCPN North County at 325 Posada Lane in Templeton, CA from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, October 21. This event is FREE and open to the public. CCPN will host a variety of vendors offering information on senior products and services. Health plan representatives from Alignment, Blue Shield, Humana, and UnitedHealthcare will be available with 2024 benefit options and enrollment information. In addition, guests can enjoy FREE: flu shots, health screenings, breakfast, refreshments, raffle prizes and other fun activities.
