Call 1(833)710-2236 and our friendly CCPN staff will help you download the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app on your web-enabled device (smart phone, tablet or computer). Once your consent forms are signed, you will receive an appointment time, which is typically within one hour of your initial call.

What has been the feedback regarding the new Virtual Urgent Care?

Feedback has been very positive! A wide variety of CCPN/HPN members are using the new Virtual Urgent Care service because it provides such convenience. Parents with sick children can call from home and have them treated without having to leave the house. Prescriptions can be sent to your preferred pharmacy. Members have used the service while traveling out of area and have been able to avoid going to the Emergency Room. Finally, CCPN members living in the more remote areas of San Luis Obispo County have found this service to be invaluable; instead of waiting in emergency rooms or driving to an urgent care center, all you have to do is pick up the phone!
