Coastal Communities Physician Network invites the community to the their CCPN Senior Health Expos to be held on Friday, October 17 in Arroyo Grande and Saturday, October 18 in Templeton! That's right... this year we are offering two dates, two events, one incredible weekend! CCPN Senior Health Expo - Arroyo Grande (New for 2025!) Friday, October 17, 2025 9 a.m. to Noon South County Regional Center 800 W Branch Street Arroyo Grande, CA 93420 CCPN Senior Health Expo - Templeton (4th Annual!) Saturday, October 18, 2025 9 a.m. to Noon CCPN North County 325 Posada Lane Templeton, CA 93465 These events are FREE and open to the public. CCPN will host a variety of vendors offering information on senior products and services. Health plan representatives from Alignment, Blue Shield, Humana, and Imperial will be available with 2026 benefit options and enrollment information. In addition, guests can enjoys free flu shots, health screenings, pancake breakfast, refreshments, raffle prizes and other fun activities.
