Primary Care Practice Model
The Position:
We are looking for full-time Physicians in our Primary Care Practice. Applicant must have a valid license to practice in California and American Heart Association BLS Certification.

The Location:
Coastal Communities Physician Network is based in San Luis Obispo County, CA, with clinic locations in the city of San Luis Obispo, as well as north and south areas of the County. San Luis Obispo is located in California’s Central Coast region and is home to Cal Poly State University. The county boasts many local attractions including: the Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa, a 1700s Spanish mission with a museum, the San Luis Obispo Museum of Art, which focuses on work by contemporary California artists, and the chewed gum wall of Bubblegum Alley. Fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers and food take over Higuera Street for the weekly Downtown SLO Farmers’ Market.
